Professor Michiko Suzuki has been awarded a Japan Studies Grant from the Northeast Asia Council of the Association for Asian Studies. She will be conducting short-term research in Japan on a project titled “Rewriting the Canon: Nakajima Kyoko and Contemporary Japanese Feminist Literature”.
